CAE Engineer Crash and Safety

Location: Raymond, OH

Responsibilities

  • Total 5 - 15 years of experience as CAE analyst with specific to crash domain
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with CAE software like ANSA, Meta Post and LS Dyna
  • Good experience in deck preparation & performing crash and safety related impact simulations using LS Dyna solver
  • Capable of evaluating and analyzing the results of crash simulations
  • Good knowledge of NCAP and IIHS regulations & Honda internal safety standards
  • Experience in providing countermeasures to meet the standard criteria, in case the test results are below performance targets
  • Knowledge in creation of simulation reports, documents by interacting with design & test engineers
  • Should have experience with Linux work environment.
  • Very good communication skillsets using appropriate engineering terminology
