Job Overview:

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Project Craft Recruiter to support our recruiting efforts for craft labor on energy construction projects in Hubbard, TX. This role will involve full-cycle recruiting to ensure projects are adequately staffed with skilled craft professionals.
Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified craft candidates for various trades (e.g., welders, pipefitters, electricians, heavy equipment operators).
* Source candidates through various channels including online job boards, social media, industry networks, vocational schools, and local community outreach.
* Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for specific project requirements.
* Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
* Collaborate closely with project managers and superintendents to understand staffing needs and project timelines.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
* Extend job offers and manage the pre-employment process, including background checks and drug screenings.
* Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
* Participate in career fairs and recruiting events as needed.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
* 4+ years of experience in high-volume craft recruiting, preferably within the energy, industrial, or construction sectors.
* Proven ability to source and attract skilled trades professionals.
* Familiarity with various craft roles and their associated skill sets.
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
