To thrive in Craft Service, you need organizational skills, basic food handling knowledge, and a keen attention to cleanliness and safety; a food handler's certificate is often required. Familiarity with catering equipment, inventory tracking, and safe food storage practices is important. Craft Service professionals are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and replenishing snack and beverage stations for cast and crew throughout the production day. They handle inventory, ensure all food items meet safety and cleanliness standards, and often respond to special dietary needs or requests.
