Job description

Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer (Pharma)
Location: Lexington, KY
Duration: Long Term
We’re looking for a Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support pharma manufacturing operations with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & drive CAPA
• Monitor production floor & ensure process compliance
• Support audits, SOP updates & quality documentation
• Apply SPC & quality tools to improve processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:
• 6+ years in manufacturing quality
• Pharma industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & quality systems
• Experience with RCA, CAPA, SPC
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
• Six Sigma / CQE / CQA (preferred)
