The Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) serves as the primary quality interface between the company and its automotive OEM customers. This position is responsible for managing customer quality performance throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring rapid resolution of customer concerns, leading structured problem-solving activities, and driving continuous improvement to achieve world-class customer satisfaction. The CQE works closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Program Management, Supplier Quality, Operations, and Sales to ensure products consistently meet customer requirements while maintaining compliance with IATF 16949, AIAG Core Tools, and OEM-specific standards.
