Bilingual CPAP Technician (English / Spanish)

Position Summary

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) CPAP Technician to provide education, setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for patients using CPAP and related sleep therapy equipment. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, organized, and comfortable working directly with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities

Set up CPAP, BiPAP, and related sleep therapy equipment

Educate patients on proper use, cleaning, and maintenance

Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure patient compliance

Document patient interactions accurately

Communicate with physicians, sleep labs, and insurance providers

Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Experience as a CPAP Technician, DME Technician, or similar role preferred
