Job description

Join Pivotal Health/Shan Medical as a CPAP Set Up Technician where you will play a crucial role in assisting our patients with their CPAP therapy devices. Your expertise will ensure patients receive thorough instruction and support, leading to improved sleep and health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient consultations to demonstrate CPAP equipment usage.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to interpret prescription details accurately.
  • Perform CPAP device fittings and adjustments to ensure comfort and efficacy.
  • Educate patients on the maintenance and cleaning of CPAP equipment.
  • Document patient interactions and equipment settings in the system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with CPAP devices.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare or medical device setting.
  • Ability to explain technical information to patients clearly and empathetically.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting medical equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for patient visits.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
