DOT Requirement: Applicants must be prepared to pass a DOT physical or provide proof of a current, valid DOT medical card.

Education Requirement: High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification. Please note you will be required to verify this as part of your onboarding process.

Your Impact

  • Daily Operations & Service
    • Safely transport medical specimens, supplies, and equipment between clinics, labs, and distribution hubs.
    • Scan and document specimens at pickup and drop-off to ensure accurate tracking and timely delivery.
    • Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in company vehicles, representing ConvenientMD with integrity.
    • Provide friendly, professional interactions with clinic staff and team members.
  • Compliance & Safety
    • Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and DOT regulations to ensure secure and compliant specimen handling.
    • Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
    • Report vehicle concerns, incidents, or delays promptly to supervisors.
  • Team & Reliability
    • Communicate regularly with the Courier Manager and logistics team to adjust routes as needed.
    • Support coverage for additional routes or shifts when required.
    • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture built on accountability and trust.

Who You Are

  • Experience: Previous driving, delivery, or courier experience preferred (healthcare or logistics a plus).
  • Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong time management.
  • Professionalism: Trustworthy, courteous, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and a patient-first mindset.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Licensure: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Couriers support 7-day operations. Core shifts vary (part-time available at three, 10-hour shifts).
