This position is PRN and will work as needed. There is no set schedule and you will pick-up shifts as they are available. It is not benefit eligible.

Job Summary
At Prevea Health the Courier Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of documents, packages, and other materials between locations. This role requires strong time management skills, excellent customer service, and a commitment to safety while driving.
What you will do

  • Delivers clinic material, picks up supplies and mail, and distributes to appropriate destinations and runs errands for the clinic as requested. Executing the delivery routes to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Handle all lab samples and medications in a safe and efficient manner while protecting critical health information. Load and unload daily supply items with care, ensuring proper handling.
  • Verify delivery information, including addresses, recipient details, and special instructions.
  • Meets daily with supervisor to discuss special needs, problems, and assignments.
  • Ensures proper maintenance of courier vehicle.
  • Deliver all daily supplies to correct locations by the end of shift
  • Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions daily. Inspect and safely operate a company vehicle and obey all traffic laws.
  • Keep current on company mandated tasks and departmental communications.
Education Qualifications
  • High School Diploma and/or GED Required
