Job description

The Distribution Driver is responsible for making sure all routed deliveries are delivered on time, accurately, and in a hospitable fashion. This position also is responsible for providing prompt service and quality products while maintaining a clean and comfortable environment and assisting in upholding all operational standards.
The Distribution Driver is responsible for counting and packing all bread produced by the bakery and ensuring it is delivered to the appropriate locations. Understanding bread quality standards and communicating any issues to the head baker is a key responsibility of the driver.
Distribution Drivers are also responsible for assisting when needed in the bakery, helping with bakery vehicle maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.
We provide vehicle, insurance and fuel.
Must have valid driver's license and meet Company's driver standards
Driver Responsibilities include:
  • Creating an excellent service experience for our customers
  • Representing the brand positively
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service during deliveries to our internal & external customers
  • Understanding our bread quality standards by selecting, packing and delivering only the best products
  • Maintaining clean, comfortable, & safe equipment, vehiclies and work environment at all times
  • Upholding all operational standards.

We're looking for a Bakery Distribution Driver with:
  • A strong commitment to excellent customer service and food quality
  • A knack for providing top-notch interactive service to our customers
  • Previous experience in a restaurant/bakery (entry level employees also welcome)
  • A desire to work in a supportive fun work environment
  • Ability to work graveyard shift 12AM - 8AM
  • Ability to handle and lift up to 50 lbs.
