About This Role:

  • Par Level Supply Management: Performs daily par cart inventories, picks and confirms orders, creates requisitions, and ensures assigned areas are properly stocked, labeled, and organized.
  • Clinical Collaboration & Communication: Builds effective relationships with clinical teams, communicates par level adjustments, and supports product conversions by updating item locations, labels, and substitutions.
  • Supply Delivery & Distribution: Delivers supplies and equipment on schedule, including refrigerated and overnight items, accurately documenting locations and following established delivery routes.
  • Warehouse Maintenance & Safety: Maintains warehouse and storage areas in a clean, safe, and orderly manner, ensuring compliance with organizational, HIPAA, and regulatory standards.
  • Operational Support & Continuous Improvement: Assists with par layout design and performs additional duties as needed to support efficient material management operations.

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED certificate
  • At least 6 months in supply chain
