Job description

We are seeking punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented Independent Courier Drivers for part-time routes across the Metro Atlanta area. In this role, you will play a critical part in supply chain safety by transporting food and environmental samples from local businesses directly to a testing laboratory.

This is a flexible, self-employed 1099 position ideal for individuals looking for consistent part-time supplemental income.


We are also actively looking for a dedicated driver specifically in the Suwanee area for a recurring 3:00 PM pickup (Monday–Saturday).


Responsibilities:

  • Pick Up Samples: Collect food and environmental samples from designated companies across Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.
  • Safe Transport: Maintain sample integrity during transit by following basic handling guidelines.
  • Lab Delivery: Transport and drop off all collected samples safely at Merieux NutriSciences in Stone Mountain.
  • Punctuality: Adhere strictly to scheduled pickup and drop-off windows to ensure laboratory testing timelines are met.


Schedule & Compensation:

  • Type: Part-Time, 1099 Self-Employed Independent Contractor.
  • Hours: Average workdays range from 2 to 7 hours.
  • Timing: Typical daily pickup windows fall between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
  • Volume: Expect anywhere from 2 to 8 pickups per day.
  • Pay Structure: Paid per completed pickup (flat rate per stop).
