Custom Camper Van Builder
Contract Fayetteville, AR
Compensation: Project-based (equivalent up to ~$35$45/hour depending on project scope)
About the Role
OZK Vans is building a bench of skilled builders for future custom camper van projects. This role involves contributing across multiple phases of the build process.
Scope of Work
  • Install electrical systems including solar and battery setups.
  • Install plumbing systems and water components.
  • Build cabinetry and interior structures.
  • Complete insulation, paneling, and finishing work.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and adjustments.
What Were Looking For
  • Experience with custom builds, RVs, vans, or similar work.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including physical and technical build tasks.
Work Structure
This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor (1099) relationship. Contractors operate independently and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
Work is offered based on project availability, and contractors may accept or decline assignments.
