Mindful Retreat Mental Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our collaborative team. This full-time remote position offers an opportunity to provide compassionate mental health care to individuals, couples, and families from the comfort of your own home while impacting the community of Graham, Washington.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth or in-person, focusing on the unique needs of each client.

  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy, to help clients achieve their personal goals and overcome obstacles.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and holistic support.
  • Document client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards to maintain accurate records for both clients and the organization.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
