• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional well-being, utilizing evidence-based techniques.
• Create tailored treatment plans based on client assessments, focusing on addressing specific needs, issues, and goals.
• Provide individual therapy to clients across all demographics, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns from anxiety and depression to relationship issues.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and foster deeper connections between partners.
• Regularly review and modify treatment plans to reflect client progress and evolving needs, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, ensuring seamless patient support.
• Prepare for and deliver crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress.
• Engage in continual professional development by staying updated with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in marriage and family therapy.
• Advocate for the rights and well-being of clients, empowering them to take charge of their treatment and recovery.

Our client population varies widely, encompassing individuals from different age groups and backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, providing therapeutic services that address a broad spectrum of mental health issues. Your ability to connect and build rapport with clients will be essential in fostering a therapeutic environment conducive to healing and growth.

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State is mandatory.
• Proven experience providing therapy to individuals and/or couples, with a strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques.
• Ability to effectively complete client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems are necessary for effective documentation.

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly with children and adolescents.
• Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
• Prior experience with teletherapy or remote therapeutic services is highly desirable.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
