JOB SUMMARY


The Server at The Foundry Room delivers thoughtful, polished service that makes every guest feel genuinely cared for. This role blends product knowledge, anticipation, and authentic hospitality to create memorable dining experiences in an elevated yet approachable setting.


WHAT YOU'LL DO


Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service throughout the guest dining experience.

Guide guests through the menu, offering informed recommendations on food, beverages, and pairings.

Accurately take and enter orders while maintaining timing and flow of service.

Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality presentation and guest satisfaction.

Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests, questions, or concerns.

Maintain a clean, organized, and polished section that reflects The Foundry Room's standards.

Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service team members to ensure seamless execution.

Handle guest feedback professionally and notify leadership of any service recovery needs.

Follow all cash handling, alcohol service, and safety procedures.

Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.


WHAT YOU BRING


Previous serving experience in a full-service or elevated dining environment preferred.
