Counselor Supervisor - Make a Difference Every Day!
Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for helping individuals overcome substance use challenges? Join BAART Programs, part of BayMark Health Services, where you can lead, mentor, and impact lives in a supportive outpatient clinic setting.
Your Role:
  • Lead and mentor counselors to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Oversee intake operations and patient screenings
  • Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations
  • Monitor treatment plans and facilitate performance improvements
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment

What You Bring:
  • Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Experience working with individuals facing substance use challenges
  • A non-judgmental, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
