• Conduct thorough evaluations of client concerns to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions that focus on achieving specific client objectives and fostering personal growth.
• Empower clients by teaching them effective coping mechanisms and strategies to manage their mental health.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care where needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress using electronic health record systems.
• Stay informed on the latest evidence-based therapeutic practices and culturally responsive techniques to enhance client treatment outcomes.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals battling anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. Our team places a strong emphasis on cultural competence and inclusivity, ensuring that all therapy approaches are respectful and considerate of clients' unique backgrounds and experiences.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
• A current and valid California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems to efficiently document client information and session notes.
• Familiarity with culturally inclusive and evidence-based therapy methodologies.

• Experience working in a telehealth or remote counseling settings will be favored.
• Demonstrated knowledge of various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and integrative modalities.
• Experience with crisis intervention and the ability to manage high-stress situations effectively.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
