We are seeking a Lead Digital Designer to drive the visual quality of all digital outputs. This is a hands-on role responsible for designing high-impact campaigns while guiding team execution through clear direction and scalable systems.
Please note this is a fully on-site position within our headquarter offices (Jersey City, New Jersey).
Key Responsibilities
  • Design key campaign assets including ads, emails, landing pages, and web banners
  • Define visual direction and layout systems for campaigns
  • Ensure strong visual hierarchy, typography, and overall design quality
  • Guide team execution through clear direction, references, and feedback
  • Review and refine all digital outputs before release
  • Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Build templates and systems to support scale production
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign planning and execution
  • Leverage AI tools to improve workflow and creative output
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in digital, e-commerce, or marketing design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work
  • Ability to lead through design execution and direction
Tools & Skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite with strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
  • Klaviyo (email design, layout, and campaign execution)
  • Figma
  • AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
  • After Effects + Premier Pro (plus)
  • Understanding of e-commerce and conversion-focused design
