THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE
As an Inventory Analyst, you will optimize inventory levels by managing the end-to-end product flow of assigned brands. Working closely with the Planner and Merchant, you'll analyze data, monitor stock levels and identify opportunities for improvement to achieve the financial and strategic objectives of the business.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY
• Contribute to the development of inventory strategies in partnership with Planner
• Manage the end-to-end flow of product for designated brands to achieve the business' financial and strategic objectives (sales, margin, turn)
• Place purchase orders based on forecasts for weekly replenishment, advertising, events, and promotions. Review and adjust POs as required
• Support business decisions with analytics/insights to optimize sales and productivity
• Maintain vendor relationships regarding inventory flow: managing fill rate, on-time delivery, and omni-channel stock management. Actively participate in weekly cross-functional team meetings.
• Drive sales, margins, inventory turn, and in-stock levels towards maintaining or exceeding KPIs
• Update and conduct reviews of forecasts for store levels within the forecasting and replenishment system each week
• Tracks and ensures products arrive on time and follows up as needed for escalations
ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS
  • Bachelors' degree in relevant field preferred
    • Merchandising expertise not required, replenishment and forecasting system experience preferred
    • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication
    • Ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing critical thinking and influencing with data
    • Ability to work with large amounts of data into trends and develop accurate and actionable insights based on the data
    • Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills with solid proficiency in usage of Excel Working knowledge of SAP or JDA a plus
    • Strong problem solving, retail math, and analytical skills
    • Ability to embrace/maneuver change with a positive attitude
    • Engages in continuous learning by observing Sr Inventory Analysts and Planners and openly sharing thoughts and insights with them

The pay range for this position is $57,300.00 - $72,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
