  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the US energy market, mobility, SaaS, high-growth technology, EV charging, distributed energy resources, utilities, or adjacent sectors is preferred.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across commercial, operations, product, engineering, finance, and analytics teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex pricing, power, and commercial concepts into clear recommendations for senior collaborators.
  • Experience delivering commercial transformation in fast-paced, ambiguous, and analytically complex environments.
    • Familiarity with dynamic pricing, subscription pricing, flexibility market participation, power optimization, demand charge management, load forecasting, tariff optimization, and regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
    • Experience in competitive landscape analysis or multi-market pricing strategy is
    preferred.
