Job description

The SAP OTC Analyst plays a critical role in delivering robust IT solutions that support and enhance core business operations, with a specialized focus on SAP applications. This hands-on role is responsible for the configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements in the OTC process, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with IT standards. The analyst will work across various departments, translating business requirements into functional technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP OTC modules including Sales & Distribution, CRM, Rebates, Contracts, and Pricing.
  • Support integrations with related SAP modules, particularly Finance (FI/CO), Materials Management (MM), and Supply Chain.
  • Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot system and integration issues, particularly involving ABAP debugging and interface analysis.
  • Drive the design, testing, and implementation of changes to meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate and document requirements gathering, functional analysis, and solution design.
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation including process flows, test scripts, and user training materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on SAP-related projects, enhancements, and ongoing system support.
  • Ensure all system changes follow established IT standards, change control, and validation procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP OTC configuration and related functional areas.
  • Solid understanding of SAP rebate processing, contract management, pricing, and billing.
  • Experience with SAP data structures and the ability to interpret ABAP code (debugging, not development).
  • Familiarity with integration points between SAP OTC and FI, MM, and other supply chain modules.
  • Experience with S4 Rise.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify root causes and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Experience writing detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
