What You Will Learn:

The Analyst, Customer Service manages end-to-end order processing, scheduling, and fulfillment operations for all of CPD's cosmetics brands. This responsibility stretches across all national retailer accounts and across multiple channels. This role serves as the primary operational link between internal account teams, field partners, and third-party fixture and print vendors to ensure accurate order execution and adherence to service levels. They also maintain data integrity, oversee financial reconciliations, and drive continuous system and process troubleshooting.

  • Manages end-to-end replacement order execution across multi-channel portals. Routes orders via Salesforce and Fixture Flow to third-party vendors while maintaining strict lead times.
  • Oversees rollout and non-rollout cosmetic wall/kit orders using Salesforce and aftermarket programs. Administers the master schedule, enforces submission rules, and tracks shipment confirmations and milestone updates.
  • Cross-references incoming orders against PBI master data to resolve discrepancies, extracts BOMs and POGs for vendors, and publishes reset guidelines. Manages quality control audits, root-cause analyses for POG errors, and failed orders or shortages in Salesforce.
  • Oversees Salesforce order management; serves as partner to resolve access and system issues, and trains account services teams on order uploads and troubleshooting. Manages user access and visibility for third-party tracking portals.
  • Supervises vendor performance reporting and distributes seasonal communications, rollout deadlines, and weekly progress updates.
  • Oversees budget governance and overbudget exception approvals with Finance. Executes monthly financial reconciliations, ad-hoc cost investigations, and daily Advanced Shipping Notification (ASN) audits against Salesforce data.
  • Leads ad-hoc order and shipment investigations, coordinates RTV pickups, and reviews weekly returns reports for inventory disposition. Collaborates with transportation teams to resolve carrier issues and ensures third-party vendor compliance.

Salary Range: $71,300-$91,800 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
