Job description

About Us

Orveon is a new kind of beauty company on a powerful mission: to change the way the world thinks about beauty. We dare to do things differently — pushing boundaries with purpose, inspiring creativity, and moving with intention in everything we do.

We are a collective of three premium and prestige beauty brands: bareMinerals, BUXOM, and Laura Mercier. With offices in New York, London, Singapore and Columbus, we combine the energy of an entrepreneurial spirit with the scale and ambition to change the way the world thinks about beauty.

Our culture is built on our IMPACT values — Innovative, Motivated, Passionate, Accountable, Collaborative, and Thoughtful. These aren't just words; they define how we show up for each other, for our brands, and for the world around us. We gain strength from our differences and believe that progress happens when we move as one. We are proud to offer a hybrid work model to support the work-life balance of our teams, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive, agile environment where everyone can thrive.

  • Measure event effectiveness and retail impact through recaps and reporting

  • Recruit, coach, schedule, and manage RSS support within territory
  • Evaluate RSS productivity weekly and ensure clear ROI
  • Direct RSS schedules based on store opportunity and business needs
  • Provide ongoing feedback and development to RSS teams

Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards

  • Ensure visual merchandising, tester hygiene, and brand standards are consistently upheld
  • Partner with store teams to maintain strong visual presence for all Orveon brands
  • Identify and address visual or operational gaps in real time

Reporting & Operational Excellence

  • Complete all reporting requirements accurately and on time (recaps, expenses, mileage, calendars)
  • Provide insights that allow RSM and leadership to read and react to business needs
  • Adhere to all retail partner policies and operational standards

Professional Brand Representation

  • Represent Orveon brands with professionalism, polish, and current makeup artistry
  • Maintain a professional digital footprint aligned with company guidelines

Key Stakeholders

  • Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
  • VP of Sales, Chief Revenue Officer
  • Global & US Education Teams

Financial Accountability

  • Deliver territory sales plan in alignment with company objectives
  • Manage T&E and RSS budgets responsibly to ensure profitability and ROI
