Responsibilities:

  • Dealership Contracts and Deliveries

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom 

  • Listen and understand customer needs to match them with the right vehicles

  • Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing 

  • Utilize customer management software to stay in contact with potential and previous customers

  • Complete required paperwork

  • Stay up to date with new models, features, technology, and their advantages over competitors

  • Understand and be able to present current incentives

  • Complete ongoing training in a timely manner

  • Assist in keeping a presentable customer atmosphere inside the showroom 

  • Be able to run and use computer software systems and spreadsheets efficiently 

  • Utilize attention to detail and strong organization skills 

  • Ability to work in a a fast paced high energy atmosphere 

  • High end customer service skills 

  • Knowledge of automotive vehicles and sales processes
