RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers and go over needs assessment
  • Describe vehicle and operation, professional demonstrations of used vehicles
  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
  • Collect and prepare necessary documents
  • Help maintain professional appearance of all inventory and arrangement of vehicles on the lot
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

  • Complete all Les Stanford assigned sales training.

  • Phone call follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.

  • Prospect, network, make appointments, and ensure no prospects leave our property without being assisted. Follow up with prospects and customers so as not to miss immediate, or longer term opportunities
  • Record customer/prospect communications in our Dealer Management System and Customer Management System consistently, accurately, and in a timely manner
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.

  • Willing to be compliant and follow established process.

  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

  • Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
