Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experiencedAccount Executive to join our growing team. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting our strategic growth by developing and managing sales initiatives, driving sales volume, and optimizing product mix within assigned territories and accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the corrugated or paper industry, and a proven track record of exceeding goals while maintaining and growing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within assigned accounts or territories
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers
  • Secure and maintain the distribution of company products and services
  • Collaborate with internal design teams to improve current packaging solutions and develop custom solutions to meet client needs
  • Create and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through lead generation and qualification efforts
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and on-site visits to foster relationships and identify opportunities
  • Coordinate with the Company Managment to assess opportunities for improvement in strategy, procedures, and customer engagement
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics accordingly
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
