Business Process Intern
Department: Business Process & Digital Transformation
Location: Corporate Office (In-Office)
Internship Length: 10 Weeks | June 8, 2026 - August 14, 2026
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office
Position Overview
The Business Process Intern will support digital transformation initiatives through business process analysis and optimization. This role focuses on reviewing existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements that incorporate AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
The intern will assist in designing and documenting streamlined processes that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and system performance while contributing to enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Review and document existing business processes across multiple departments
  • Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks within workflows
  • Research and recommend AI-driven solutions and advanced tools to improve productivity and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and operational constraints
  • Assist in developing process improvement proposals, including cost-benefit and impact analyses
  • Support implementation planning for approved process changes and automation initiatives
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations for leadership
General Intern Program Responsibilities
  • Complete a capstone project focused on the assigned discipline and present findings to stakeholders during the final week of the program
  • Perform additional administrative and project-based duties as assigned
Computer & Technical Skills
