Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. We are currently seeking a Full-time CQI Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team covering the Jessup Region in our Regional office, Columbia, Maryland.
The Registered Nurse (CQI - site level) coordinates the facility's QI program. This person is responsible for all functions of the QI process and assists each facility's QI (Quality Improvement) committee in identifying, coordinating and tracking QI trends.
  • Licensed RN with an active license to practice in Maryland
  • Previous experience performing quality review studies/ managing site level QI studies, peer review programs and multi-disciplinary QI programs preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Minimum of one year of work experience as an RN in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility preferred
  • Corrections experience preferred
  • Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
