Job description

Description:

Performs a variety of duties providing support in one or more functions or business areas. The intern will act as a receptionist, administrative assistant, and also assist accounting or the managers with any clerical tasks.

Duties include:

  • Answer phones and transfer to appropriate employees. Provide general information to callers about our website and directing applicants to apply.
  • Greet visitors and assign visitor badges as needed.
  • Assist with research, data entry, recording and maintaining records
  • Other duties as assigned



Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
  • Proficiency with computers
