Regional Housekeeping Supervisor

Lead Quality. Develop Teams. Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences.

Corporate Hospitality Housing is looking for an experienced Regional Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations across multiple locations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching teams, improving operational processes, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise housekeeping operations across multiple locations.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop housekeeping teams.
  • Conduct room inspections and quality audits.
  • Ensure guestrooms, public areas, and laundry facilities meet company standards.
  • Develop staffing schedules and labor plans.
  • Manage housekeeping inventory and supply ordering.
  • Partner with Property Managers to improve housekeeping performance.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of housekeeping leadership experience.
  • Hotel, hospitality, or workforce housing experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Must be willing to travel throughout Texas and New Mexico.
  • Valid driver's license required.
