Responsibilities:
Individual who manages, procures and leads Global Corporate Services team in providing strategic consulting, lease administration, transaction, estate and facility management to organizations that require globally coordinated real estate services. Oversees the company’s effort in securing enterprise business while targeting multi-market business, property management, construction, etc.
Able to support their clients at every phase of owning or occupying a commercial property; from planning, design, construction and initial occupancy to on-going, cost effective operations and management, downsizing and future expansion.
Services enable organizations to partially or fully outsource their real estate function to one of their global specialists, whose market leading technology can analyze, and scenario plan all aspects of a portfolio.
