Job Summary Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

Do you enjoy designing engaging learning experiences, facilitating training programs, and partnering with leaders to build employee capability? Cambridge is seeking a Corporate Trainer to join our Training & Education team. In this role, you'll design, deliver, and continuously improve learning experiences that build technical, professional, operational, product, and business process knowledge across the organization. You'll work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create impactful training solutions that support associate success and business objectives.



  • Design and facilitate instructorโ€‘led, virtual, blended, flippedโ€‘classroom, and selfโ€‘paced learning programs.

  • Develop training materials including facilitator guides, learner resources, assessments, job aids, and digital learning content.

  • Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, reporting, enrollments, and learner support.

  • Conduct learning needs assessments, performance gap analyses, and stakeholder consultations to identify effective learning solutions.

  • Measure learning effectiveness and use dataโ€‘driven insights to continuously improve training programs.


What We Are Looking For

  • Four or more years of related experience, education, and/or training

  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills

  • Experience with adult learning principles, classroom and virtual training delivery, learner engagement, and instructional design.

  • Proficiency with LMS administration, Microsoft Teams, webinar platforms, learning technologies, and content authoring tools.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence, build relationships, and drive continuous improvement.


Location: Phoenix, AZ, or Fairfield, IA - Hybrid inโ€‘office 3 days/week Salary Range: $55,000-70,000
