Job description

Trilogy Federal drives innovative solutions for complex business challenges across financial management, healthcare, and government industries. Our collaborative, client-first service approach, combined with our commitment to the rapid implementation of pragmatic solutions, has earned Trilogy an unparalleled reputation for delivering transformative results.
We are looking for a remote Associate Corporate Recruiter with full lifecycle recruiting experience including talent sourcing, interviewing, and identifying excellent candidates for open roles and our Business Development (BD) team's upcoming pipeline of work. The Associate Corporate Recruiter will collaborate with program managers, teaming partners, and the BD team on a regular basis and proactively identify qualified candidates for all hiring needs. Our ideal Recruiter will have a strong recruiting background with experience in federal consulting. The chosen candidate will focus on identifying candidates for both current and upcoming Key Personnel needs, understanding the BD pipeline to proactively source, and ensuring candidates sign letters of commitment or offers needed for Trilogy to grow.
This role is remote, and we have a strong preference for candidates local to the DC metro area to attend ad hoc or quarterly meetings, and potential career fairs.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process, providing best-in-class recruiting support across all lines of business (Federal Financial Management, Program Management, and Information Technology).

  • Partner with Business Development and hiring teams to develop a deep understanding of future hiring needs, Key Personnel required for new proposals, pre-award staffing, and the competencies that will best align candidates to open positions.

  • Identify qualified talent through creative sourcing methods to include passive candidate identification on LinkedIn and Indeed, professional networking, employee referrals, and posted jobs.

  • Conduct in-depth prescreens that help identify best-fit candidates.

  • Follow the recruitment process established in Trilogy's applicant tracking system (Lever).

  • Successfully execute offers, contingent offers, and Letters of Intent/Letters of Commitment for Key Personnel.

  • Coordinate development of well-written job descriptions with program managers/hiring managers.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring team.

  • Manage and source multiple job requisitions concurrently.

  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes while progressing qualified candidates through the recruitment process.

  • Evaluate all candidates fairly and ensure they meet all minimum requirements of each role.

  • Maintain excellent and timely communication with candidates that are being considered for future or current positions.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years' overall recruiting experience

  • Federal/government contract recruiting experience

  • Proven work experience with online job boards/websites, passive candidate sourcing, and Boolean search techniques

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience in technical, program management, financial, and/or corporate recruiting

  • Effective negotiation and strong candidate closing skills

  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail; the ability to adapt and make decisions based on available information; and the motivation to creatively address recruiting challenges

  • Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software applications

  • Ability to develop a large, diverse, and well qualified applicant pool using multiple angles of approach

  • Adapting to and enhancing a highly collaborative and cooperative culture.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preference for candidates local to the DC metro area to attend ad hoc or quarterly meetings.

  • Working experience with Lever ATS

  • Previous recruiting experience with federal healthcare agencies such as VA, VHA, VBA, DHA, NIH, etc.

  • Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification

Benefits (including but not limited to):
  • Health, dental, and vision plans
  • Optional FSA
  • Paid parental leave
  • Safe Harbor 401(k) with employer contributions 100% vested from day 1
  • Paid time off and 11 paid holidays
  • No cost group term life/AD&D plan, and optional supplemental coverage
  • Pet insurance
  • Monthly phone and internet stipend
  • Tuition and training reimbursement

$70,000 - $80,000 a year
This range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands. In addition to salary, Trilogy offers robust benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance coverage, 401(k) match, paid holidays, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and a very supportive work/life balance.
