As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape Transformation and leading IT modernization and data-driven engineering efforts across N16. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) across Learning, Performance, or Talent modules
  • Experience configuring CSOD learning objects, training curricula, ILT and OLT modules, and portal settings
  • Experience administering user permissions, security roles, and organizational structure mappings within Cornerstone
  • Experience supporting end-users and stakeholders, troubleshooting LMS issues, and documenting resolutions in a ticketing environment
  • Knowledge of LMS data structures, including transcripts, user records, training assignments, approvals, and rosters
  • Ability to generate and maintain LMS reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Cornerstone reporting tools
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with cross-module configuration such as Learning, Performance, Recruiting, and Onboarding to support integrated workflows
  • Experience integrating Cornerstone with external systems such as HRIS including Workday, Oracle, SAP, SSO/IDP, e-learning vendors, or data warehouses
  • Experience with SCORM and xAPI troubleshooting, content lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and course testing
  • Ability to manage enterprise-scale LMS implementations or upgrades, including testing, change management, and stakeholder communications
  • Cornerstone Certifications such as Learning, Performance, Content, or System Administration Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
