Job Description
C5ISR Systems Engineer (CSE)
The requirements listed define the responsibilities and tasking for the CSE. The Minotaur CSE is a highly qualified individual that understands projects, managing resources and is able to conduct in-depth analysis of systems. The Minotaur CSE works with the design team to understand the clients business needs, develop visions and execute Minotaur operations. The Minotaur CSE shall directly support the Chief Integration Engineer (CIE) and work with team members to accomplish tasking related to design, integration and deployment of fleet supported mission systems and ground infrastructure. The Minotaur CSE shall be a self starter that is able to deliver products to meet mission execution.
The CSE shall be qualified to execute the below functions.
CSE1: Analyze high level architectures, designs and functional requirements for ground infrastructure, aircraft, surface, manned & unmanned mission systems.
CSE2: Create CSE solutions and map enterprise operational planning documents.
CSE3: Develop detailed specifications and requirements.
CSE4: Develop client based CSE solution sets and documentation.
CSE5: Research technology and draft Analysis of Alternatives (AoA).
CSE6: Draft system design ideas, plans, and reports for the enterprise CSE solutions.
CSE7: Develop and execute training, prototype, and operational CSE solutions for field exercises, operational assessments, rapid prototyping, and long term sustainment efforts.
CSE8: Work with team members and customers to ensure operational usability and reliability.
CSE9: Execute as Project Manager for designated projects developing cost, schedule, risk and performance metrics.
CSE10: Execute at least 25% travel to meet Government requirements.
CSE11: Be able to accept guidance and direction from the CIE and Senior Leadership.
CSE12: Conduct Government and internal reviews and take action on feedback from reviewers.
CSE13: Build visions, business relationships & goals for future endeavors.
CSE14: Provide regional support (Atlantic/Pac Area) for junior engineers, C5ISR Team members, IT/SYS ADM specialists and intel analysts.
CSE 15: Obtain and Maintain at least a Secret clearance. Objective is TS-SCI.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
10+ years of experience as an operations specialist, systems engineer, ISR manager or capabilities manager with DOD/DHS C5ISR programs. PM Level III or similar qualification preferred.
Bachelors degree in technical field. A plus is a Masters degree in Business, Program Management or similar related study and/or additional equivalent experience.
Proven performance with projects with good communication and team skills.
