Job description

Location: Jacksonville, FL Security Clearance Requirement: Top Secret with SCI eligibility Telework Eligible? No What You’ll Do:   The Training Expert - VQ Naval Flight Officer (NFO) will support a dynamic training program based in our Jacksonville, FL corporate office. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinating with program managers to establish schedule and scope of training products supporting VUP/VP combat systems (mission systems, signals intelligence (SIGINT), multi-intelligence sensors, and intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) mission sets).
* Providing expert knowledge on P-8A, MQ-4C, including Minotaur, Merlin, and Story Finder; SIGINT collection and analysis tools, and associated software; performing front-end analysis, development, and review of curriculum to support training device utilization, media allocation, learning objectives, and master training schedules.
* Development of training products using contract-directed software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
* Understanding and applying training requirements for classified products to include appropriate marking, releasability, and derivative classification.
* Supporting the training of VP/VUP squadron personnel, Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS) pipelines, DSO watch floor operators, Operational Support Unit (OSU) and Wing WTU staff, and active/reserve patrol and reconnaissance squadrons.
* Up to 20% annual travel will be required.
This description outlines the general nature and scope of the role. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.  Requirements What You’ll Bring:   * At least 6 years of related VQ NFO experience is required. EP-3 Aries II experience is highly relevant; MQ-4C Triton Multi-INT NFO experience will also be considered.
* Bachelor’s degree is required.
* Experience utilizing software tools for engineering is desired.
* Experience developing training for fleet users is highly desired.
* Previous VP-30, VQ-1, VQ-2, VUP-19 or MPRWS experience is desired.
* DoD Acquisition experience is desired.
