CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Building Automation Sales Manager for a trusted leader in commercial HVAC, Building Automation, and Energy Services based in Tempe, AZ.

In this leadership role, you'll oversee a high-performing Building Automation Systems (BAS) Project Sales team, driving revenue growth, developing top sales talent, and building lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Building Automation Sales Representatives.

  • Drive sales growth by coaching, mentoring, and supporting your team throughout the sales cycle.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and industry partners.

  • Collaborate with Operations and leadership to ensure successful project execution and oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM utilization.

  • Identify new business opportunities while supporting estimating, proposal development, and strategic sales initiatives.


Requirements
  • 10+ years of commercial Building Automation (BAS) sales experience.

  • Proven experience leading or mentoring successful sales teams.

  • Strong understanding of HVAC controls and building automation solutions.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong business and financial acumen.

  • Valid driver's license.


Compensation
  • Base Salary: $115,000-$125,000

  • On-Target Earnings: $270,000+

  • Uncapped commission
