What You’ll Do

As a Systems Project Manager, you’ll oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring successful implementation while exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Define project scope and objectives with customers, sales, engineering, and executive leadership
  • Manage implementation of warehouse automation and integrated material handling systems
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and closeout activities
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout implementation
  • Support continuous improvement and help drive adoption of project management best practices across the organization
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline
  • 5+ years of project management experience in automation, material handling, warehouse systems, robotics, AMRs/AGVs, conveyor systems, or related industrial environments
  • Experience managing technical design and system implementation projects
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings, CAD layouts, and system designs
  • Strong understanding of warehouse automation and material handling technologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • PMP Certified is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for business travel
  • Approximately 50% travel
    • 25% local/regional
    • 25% national
