Job description

CorePoint Solutions is seeking experienced HVAC service technicians to join our growing team. Technicians will be assigned service appointments and be paid per day based on the assigned workload. You will primarily service residential HVAC systems within a 25-mile radius, handling daily service calls. The role requires diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, while providing professional customer communication and completing accurate service documentation. You will work both independently and as part of a team, using your personal vehicle (mostly) to reach job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC system issues
  • Perform repairs and routine maintenance
  • Communicate findings and recommendations professionally to customers
  • Complete detailed service documentation via mobile device
  • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle
  • Manage time effectively across daily service calls
  • Work independently and collaboratively as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • EPA certification
  • Valid driver's license with reliable personal vehicle
  • Proficiency in HVAC system diagnostics and repairs
