SpeedPro Norfolk is a best-in-class large format digital printing studio that caters to large and small businesses including major brands and marketing agencies. Premium quality graphics, exceptional client service and competitive pricing are the core principals by which we live every day. SpeedPro Norfolk specializes in production of retail/brand graphics, tradeshow displays, event signage, wall murals, vehicle graphics and more.
The Customer Service and Marketing Representative reports directly to the SpeedPro Studio Operations Manager and is primarily responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to obtain new clients, while also overseeing and maintaining the existing customer base.
Core Marketing Functions:
  • Create targeted marketing strategies, campaigns, and collateral to target core business prospects
  • Utilize various digital marketing techniques (i.e., PPC) as well as more traditional marketing functions (i.e. direct mail) to increase lead generation
  • Oversee and develop content for blogs and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to generate awareness of the SpeedPro brand
  • Maintain and update studio website as needed
  • Ensure that all external communications are on-brand and utilize consistent messaging
  • Make follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure their satisfaction with end products and to drive further business opportunities
  • Attend client meetings and networking events as needed (this position may require the occasional off-hours or weekend commitment)

Core Customer Service Functions:
  • Manage projects from client/prospect inquiry as provided by the Sales Associate or Outside Sales Representative
  • Create and provide quotes to both new and current clients as needed
  • Oversee and facilitate the Sales-to-Production process, using our order management system, and through direct communications with the rest of the team
  • Coordinate with Production Manager on parts and materials procurement, project timelines, installer scheduling and questions/notifications directed to the client
  • Coordinate with clients on any additions, subtractions, alterations and general inquiries surrounding projects
  • Provide initial inspection of graphics provided by clients, with the use of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Coordinate delivery of completed project to clients; through scheduled pickup, drop off or shipment
  • Maintain Relationships with vendors, manufacturers and outsource partners; negotiating pricing when necessary
  • Facilitate payments, project approvals and sign-offs by the clients
  • Attend and take part in local franchise team meetings when required
  • Attend and take part in SpeedPro Home Office provided webinars, meetings and trainings
  • Coordinate with the rest of the team as needed

Qualifications Required:
  • Enthusiastic, high-energy personality with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in the printing industry
  • Computer literate in PC based programs including Outlook, CRM and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with capacity for multi-tasking
  • Detail oriented, accountable and have a strong work ethic
  • Take criticism constructively

Ideal candidates will also possess:
  • Manage client service with a positive attitude and assist clients in finding the best solution for their project needs
  • Maintain and manage work flow, and scheduling to meet project deadlines
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Review incoming client graphics and communicate with clients on any issues, changes and/or design requirements
  • Acquire client approval on proofs, both digitally and printed as needed
  • Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening and written)
  • Ability to work with autonomy
