A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute day-to-day podcast and creator marketing for Crime Stories with Nancy Grace and the CrimeOnline Podcast Network slate across priority social, podcast, video, and distribution platforms
  • Post social content on behalf of the host and shows, ensuring copy, tone, timing, and presentation are aligned with each brand voice
  • Drive measurable listener and viewer growth through social media marketing, platform partnerships, cross-promotion strategies, and emerging distribution initiatives
  • Execute marketing campaigns that support the creator's presence across third-party platforms, tracking performance and reporting on results, insights, and optimization opportunities to support audience growth and platform priorities
  • Draft, schedule, publish, and monitor platform-specific social content tied to episodes, breaking news, show moments, guest appearances, platform launches, and promotional priorities

  • Execute YouTube optimization best practices across the CrimeOnline Podcast Network slate, including compelling titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, metadata, end screens, cards, posting cadence, and other platform-specific tactics that improve discovery, engagement, and audience growth
  • Track social trends, audience conversations, community feedback, relevant news moments, and true crime discussions to inform timely posting opportunities, escalating sensitive issues as needed
  • Ensure all posts are accurate, brand-safe, and appropriate for a true crime and news-adjacent audience
  • Review social, podcast, video, and distribution performance metrics, translating data into clear, actionable insights that improve marketing execution, audience engagement, distribution strategy, and growth
  • Document learnings and help build repeatable audience growth practices across the CrimeOnline Podcast Network slate

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • 5+ years of experience in creator marketing, podcast marketing, social media marketing, digital content, audience development, distribution marketing, or a related media role
  • Experience managing or posting on behalf of a public figure, host, talent, media brand, or entertainment property
  • Demonstrated experience supporting measurable audience growth across podcast, social, video, streaming, or digital platforms
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt copy to a distinct host or brand voice
  • Strong understanding of podcast marketing, social platforms, YouTube optimization best practices, platform-specific formats, posting best practices, and audience behavior
  • Experience drafting, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring social content across multiple platforms
  • Understanding of cross-platform distribution ecosystems, including podcast, YouTube, social, FAST, VOD, FOX One, and streaming environments
  • Experience supporting cross-promotional campaigns, platform partnerships, marketing campaigns, or audience development initiatives

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage marketing calendars across multiple shows and priorities
  • Comfort collaborating with production, editorial, creative, marketing, platform, and talent-facing teams
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics and apply learnings to improve content execution, audience engagement, and growth
