Job description

RPM Development Group, a leading NJ developer of affordable housing, is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to be a live-in superintendent for a residential building located in Trenton, NJ.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible to maintain the site in good working order and in accordance with all RPM polices. All exterior grounds, common interior areas and parking garages or spaces are to be properly cleaned and or maintained daily. This can or will entail the proper removal of debris, precipitation (water, snow or ice), and any obstructions that may present a hazard.
  • Address Work Orders
  • Responsible for turnover of vacant units
  • Responsible for On-Call emergencies
  • Maintain adequate control of inventory of all equipment, products and supplies

Qualifications:

  • Previous superintendent experience.
  • Experience with minor repairs; including electric, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
  • Highly skilled in maintaining overall cleanliness of assigned property.
  • Able to work efficiently without constant supervision.
  • Able to operate industrial cleaning equipment and or snow removal equipment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
