Line Cook II | Cedarbrook Lodge
Join the culinary leadership team at Cedarbrook Lodge, an award-winning Pacific Northwest retreat known for exceptional hospitality, sustainability, and unforgettable dining experiences at Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar. You will play a key role in creating menu magic and making hungry people happy. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills by providing daily preparation requirements while working together with the culinary team to ensure quality and constancy of food items. As a Line Cook II you will be responsible for reading and interpreting recipes, conducting inventory and adhering to standards for sanitation and safe food handling procedures. This position will focus on breakfast preparation and presentation.

What Does Success Look Like:

  • Previous cooking experience required
  • Necessary State Food Handler's License(s)
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
  • Must possess knife skills, the ability to adjust preparations for flavor, and accommodate customer's needs in a timely manner.
  • Previous pasty experience a plus.
