Job Description
The Coordinator of Preclinical Success and Operations provides
operational and administrative support for the Office of Pre-Clinical
Education by coordinating the systems, data, and processes that support
student success throughout the preclinical curriculum. The position
serves as the primary coordinator for tracking student academic
progress, COMSAE performance, COMLEX-USA Level 1 readiness, board
clearance, remediation, and students requiring additional academic
support. By assuming responsibility for data management, reporting, and
operational coordination, this position enables academic leadership to
devote more time to individualized student advising, faculty
collaboration, curricular innovation, and initiatives that improve
student outcomes, reduce attrition, and decrease leave-of-absence rates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in higher education, healthcare administration,
academic support, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage confidential student information and multiple
priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in undergraduate medical education or student success.
Knowledge of COMLEX-USA Level 1, COMSAE examinations, and
osteopathic medical education.
Experience with student information systems, dashboards, and
educational reporting
