Job description

Find your calling at Mercy!Organizes and administers clinical and technical support service in the Department of Anesthesia and the Operating Room by assisting in the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of operations and patient care. Functions in staff role as needed. Assumes supervisor duties as delegated by the Manager of Perioperative Support. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.Position Details:Mercy St Louis HospitalSupervisor - Certified Anesthesia Technician

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Overview:

Participates in supervision of Operating Room functions by organizing and coordinating anesthesia needs of practitioners, assuring minimal delays. Clinically assists in rooms when needed. Acts as liaison for specialty to all shifts with communication and training assistance. Develops and nurtures effective work relationships and communication style with physicians, staff, students, and other departments.

Education: Bachelor's degree in health care related field
Licensure: Certification Anesthesia Technician.
Preferred Experience: 3 to 5 years' experience SSAT hospital experience
