The Anesthesia Tech plays a critical role in supporting anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists by preparing and maintaining anesthesia equipment and supplies to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency. This position involves the setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of anesthesia machines and related devices before, during, and after surgical procedures. The Anesthesia Tech is responsible for monitoring equipment functionality and assisting in the management of anesthesia supplies inventory. They collaborate closely with the surgical team to facilitate smooth anesthesia delivery and respond promptly to any technical issues that arise. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the overall success of anesthesia administration and patient care in the operating room environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Familiarity with anesthesia equipment and operating room protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environment.
