Responsibilities
  • Assist anesthesiologists in administering anesthesia during surgical procedures
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes
  • Provide preoperative assessments and postoperative care
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
  • Communicate effectively with surgical teams and patients
  • Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely
  • Participate in continuous education and training programs
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Anesthesia Technology or related field
  • Current certification as an Anesthesiologist Assistant
  • Strong understanding of anesthesia principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Team Structure: 4 MDs, 4 AAs

EMR: Meditech

Must be board-certified
