As a Locum CRNA, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality anesthesia care, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with surgical teams. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of providing excellent patient outcomes in a fast-paced medical setting. Compensation is competitive, with a salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
  • Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare team members to evaluate patient needs
  • Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and provide patient education regarding the anesthesia process
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in the operating room
  • Manage post-anesthesia care and address any complications
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department
  • Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient records
  • Stay current with advancements in anesthesia techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • Active CRNA license in the state of Florida
  • Prior experience in an anesthesiology practice preferred

Schedule: 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts

582 med/surg beds, 40 ICU beds

39 onsite anesthetizing locations

Diverse caseload

Must be comfortable with pediatric patients
