Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and continuous medical care to patients of all ages
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and evaluations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and manage treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients on health management and preventative care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Active medical license in the state of Ohio
- 1-3 years of clinical experience in family medicine or primary care
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30pÂ
No nights or call
Setting: Outpatient
Daily Volume: 9-12 patients
Duties: Primary care services, treat acute and chronic medical conditions, preventive care, medication management, and care coordination
Interdisciplinary care team model
Support Staff: RN, LPN, and administrative staff
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
Will accept any state license
ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
Paid travel & expenses
