Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Duration: 13 Weeks (05/04/2026 - 08/01/2026)
Shift: Days, 8 Hours (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM)
Hours: 40 hours/week
On-Call: Weekend call only
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Anesthesia Technician to support surgical and anesthesia teams in a fast-paced hospital environment. This role is essential in ensuring all anesthesia equipment and supplies are prepared, functional, and compliant to deliver safe and efficient patient care.
Requirements:
  • Must live 100 miles away from the facility
  • Minimum 2 years of anesthesia experience required
  • High School Diploma required
  • BLS & ACLS certifications required
  • Active licensure required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot anesthesia equipment
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and prepare anesthesia machines, ventilators, and monitoring equipment
  • Perform room setup, turnover, and equipment cleaning/sterilization
  • Calibrate, test, and perform minor repairs on anesthesia equipment
  • Maintain and sterilize fiberoptic scopes and bronchoscopes
  • Assist with setup for intravascular monitoring devices (arterial lines, central lines, PA catheters)
  • Prepare IV setups, transducers, and rapid infusion devices
  • Stock and maintain anesthesia carts and supplies
  • Monitor and manage gas cylinders and equipment safety
  • Ensure all supplies meet sterility and expiration compliance
